Venetsanos Winery
The winery is situated very close to the port, overlooking the magnificent caldera of Santorini. It was built in 1947 by the Venetsanos family and became the first industrial winery on the island.

Gavalas Winery
This established wine estate has been going for generations. Now in its 4th generation, it's still producing authentic and wines from the volcanic soils of Santorini.

Gaia Winery
This wine estate is located on a beach, on the east side of the island, between Kamari and Monolithos hamlets. Its industrial stone building was once a tomato factory, built at the beginning of the 1900´s and was used up until the 1970´s for making aromatic tomato purée from local cherry tomatoes. Today, it has been transformed into a modern winery with high-tech equipment and cutting-edge facilities that guarantee contemporary winemaking and ideal conditions for high-quality production.

Hatzidakis Winery
This wine estate was founded in 1997 and today still cultivates 10 hectares of vineyards and most of them are organic.

Estate Argyros
Established in 1903, the Argyros family has a legacy in winemaking spanning decades. As Santorini’s largest private vineyard owner, they now hold over 120 hectares.levels of acidity and the solid structure.

Artemis Karamolegos Winery
Traces its roots back to 1952. It is inextricably linked to Santorini’s volcanic vineyards and winemaking tradition. Nowadays, their wines keep earning prizes at international and domestic competitions while they are currently the third largest winery of Santorini in terms of production volume.

Our wine tour with Wineland Tour was probably one of the best experiences we had in Santorini. And it seems we found not only great wine, but also new friends ❤️ We met Ioanna and Yiannis, who made this day truly special. They are such warm, open and genuine people. With them, you simply don’t feel like a tourist — it feels like you’ve known each other for years, just meeting for a glass of wine and talking about everything. And honestly, we really did talk about everything 😄 We learned so much about winemaking in Santorini, the local grapes and, of course, tasted some wonderful wines. And watching the sunset with a glass of wine in hand… Some things just can’t be put into words. You have to experience it yourself. If you're in Santorini and thinking about a wine tour, do this one. I booked with Giannis from Wineland Tours having basically no clue about wine, and he completely changed that in a few hours. By the end I could actually pick out the acidity in a glass, tell the different bottles apart, and I finally understood what makes Assyrtiko so special on this island. He explains it in a way that's easy to follow and never makes you feel out of your depth. Whether you're a wine person or a total beginner like I was, you'll get something out of it. Genuinely one of the highlights of the trip 🙏
We did a wonderful tour of 3 wineries on Santorini with Yannis. He was knowledgeable, fun, and made sure we had the best time. His passion for the island and its wine traditions is contagious. Every winery was fantastic and each different from the others, which gave us a great way to familiarize ourselves with various styles of wines, and taste many interesting vintages. He answered a lot of questions we had, and shared many valuable insights into Greek winemaking. It was truly a perfect day, filled with delicious food samples, an incredible lunch right in the vineyard of one of the famous wineries, and lots of fantastic wine tastings. I would recommend him very highly to anyone who is interested in wines of Santorini, as well as in the island itself. Thank you Yannis for such a wonderful tour! Yiannis is a friendly and VERY knowledgable level three WSET sommelier. We so appreciated his willingness to have us experience 6+ varieties of grapes from Santorini. We learned so very much about grape growing here And plan to research Greek wine in the USA. What a beautiful island to walk and visit! It is a gem amongst the Greek Islands. Enjoy your time and imagine if you had lived here centuries ago.
A really well executed Santorini wine tour from start to finish! Wineland made the whole experience feel effortless, with visits to some of the island’s most scenic wineries and a great mix of tastings. What stood out most was how well paced the day was. We had time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed, and the explanations around the wines and local grape varieties were clear and engaging. Yannis brings both expertise and a very approachable energy, which makes a big difference. Highly recommended if you want a wine tasting tour in Santorini that delivers on quality, comfort, and a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere.
