Τι θα κάνετε
The PADI Open Water Course certification is the first level of scuba diving, the certificate is recognized worldwide and by the end of the course you will be certified to dive to 18 meters deep. The course combines all the basic sides of scuba-diving from a theoretical and practical perspective. The course will advance your understanding of the ocean, and you will learn the basic facts, principles and concepts of scuba diving in theory class. Additionally, you will familiarize yourself with various techniques and methods that can develop your diving skills. The course is 3 days long The theory is done online via Padi e-learning platform and reviewed with our certified instructor. It can be done before the start of the course, or during the 3 days course. On the first day our instructor will teach the Confined Water Dives (pool session) to learn basic scuba diving skills in a safe and controlled environment. The second and third day will be ocean dives. Open water dives 1 to 4 will make you use your new skills and explore the sea. Learning to dive is an extraordinary experience. Feeling weightless and being able to breathe underwater is something truly unforgettable.

I had one of the best experiences possible while learning to dive. The instructors make you feel at home with top of the line equipment and instruction. We finished off our Open Water with a dive where we got to see everything from turtles to octopus and anything in between.

Did the deep diver specialty with Sybille. She was thorough and very professional, as were everyone else I dealt with and watched with other students / divers. Add to that they have access to amazing sites to see. Would recommend if you either want to learn or do fun dives

While on holidays, my two children (13 and 17) did a 3 day PADI-course (Open Water Diver) at Bali Diving Academy in Lembongan, preceded by a hefty bit of prep online reading and tests (which they initially didn’t feel like much, but ultimately saw the use of quite soon upon starting the actual course). The instructors at BDA are really cool, knowledgeable and patient. Over the 3 day course my children teamed up with Ruben, whom they really liked and who taught them “more in 1 hour than all the diving we did before” (according to my son). Well done, Ruben! The course started with a day of pool instructions and exercises, followed by a half day of two actual open water dives (practising all manner of skills like CESA, buddy breathing, neutral buoyancy, etc.) and half a day of further advanced skills. The final day they made another two open water dives, and proudly got certified! All in all a very good experience, and highly recommended indeed. Many thanks Ruben, Carlos and all others at BDA!
