Armin was a delight as a driver! After our exhausting red eye flight, Armin made it so easy for us, contacting us as soon as we landed and ensuring no difficulties with luggage. He let us know exactly where we would meet him, and his promptness made our Heathrow exit a breeze. He forewarned us of heavy traffic, but we had such wonderfully engaging conversations that the time went by quickly as he drove us to our hotel, taking a scenic route and pointing out historic landmarks as we went. We are a family of four with a lot of luggage, yet the car ride was very comfortable. Armin is quite charming, engaging with both of our children learning about their interests as well as ours.
