This was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was organised perfectly, ran on time, and felt very private, with very few other people around, which made the occasion even more special. I proposed to my partner during the experience, and James was exceptional in helping to organise the surprise engagement. From the planning stages through to the day itself, he was incredibly supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. His warm personality and attention to detail made the experience truly unforgettable for both me and my partner. The pilot was fantastic as well, making the helicopter flight both informative and enjoyable with great enthusiasm and engaging conversation throughout. I cannot recommend James and this centre highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that the team are true professionals who know exactly how to create a memorable experience. Thank you all for helping make such an important moment in our lives so special.
This was the best thing we’ve done in 3 visits to London. Pilot James was absolutely fantastic. We had the extra luxury of permission to fly low over the Thames and we got the best insights from James
