Immersed in the magical atmosphere of rural Tuscany, just a stone's throw from the old town of medieval Siena, the experience is a journey into the history, culture, tradition, and science that give life to every bottle of our organic wine.
During the winery tour we will analyze together the characteristics of the vineyard agro-ecosystem and the techniques used to preserve and regenerate rural resources.
In our old wine cellar, we will take you through the fascinating world of winemaking and the secrets behind crafting quality wine.
The tour will end in our tasting room, where you will grasp all the organoleptic nuances of our young and vintage wines. Each glass will be paired with the best seasonal Tuscan products, to delight your palate and nourish your soul.

This was an amazing tour. Our guide was Dario who was very knowledgeable about the grapes and the land. The food was top notch along with the wine that we sampled. I highly recommend this tour!
Our tour guide ( Jon Luigi) was extremely informative and funny. His wonderful personality made our tour one of the best tours my wife and I have taken. Great selections of wines to taste but also learning how to really smell the fruits and other ingredients in the wine as well what to pair with the different wines. The food plate was almost a meal in itself did not expect that. Time went by so fast we wished the tour would have lasted another hour! Highly recommend anyone looking to plan something during their visit to Italy 🇮🇹 go visit La Lastra Winery!
Picture yourself in the heart of the Tuscany wine world and with this tour, you are there. Learned about how the grapes are nurtured in the vineyard, how they are processed in the cellar and most importantly how they can be enjoyed (5 tastings) when paired with great fresh food.

The wine tasting was an incredible experience, the highlight of our trip to Siena. The tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very generous with the wine and food, and accommodating for vegetarians. Would strongly recommend for all!
Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Amazing vinyard, wine and food. Lovely hosts who taught us so much! So grateful for this experience.
Learned alot about grapes, types, wine making! Lorenzo was so passionate and exciting to learn from! Then we tried the wines and ate delicious food. Had great fun with the group Wonderful afternoon!
