Gennem hele yogaklassen gør du forskellige traditionelle yoga poser eller antenne tilpasninger af traditionelle udgør ved hjælp af hængekøjen til støtte. Nogle af de mest basale poser involverer simple strækninger mens du sidder på hængekøjen, mens andre fremmer at hænge på hovedet og griber dine lår, ankler eller fødder til støtte og balance. Wow wow wow! Nuya was a wonderful instructor for my first experience doing aerial yoga. She made us feel very relaxed and safe and the poses we were able to do surprised me. Hanging in the hammock felt wonderful and the view over the forest complimented the experience well. A beautiful space for yoga and so glad I was able to do my first aerial class here
The class was good, not super difficult but a little bit of a challenge. Instructor was very accommodating and conscious of any difficulties anyone may be having, she was very helpful and mindful of everyone. Also, the view from the rooftop is beautiful and there were little birds and butterflies everywhere. Very enjoyable.
10/10 my first time ever and i loved it currently looking for one back home to attend frequently! Our teacher was great at direction and demonstrating. Views was immaculate!! Yoga while looking ahead to a beautiful garden and the ocean 🧚🏾Breeze was blowing the entire time. Got good pictures
She is so informative and cute. The area is also beautifull. My abs and shoulders are still sore after 2 days.

It was so fun!! There were only three people in the class so the teaches could really assist each and every one of us. I would definitely come back! The view was beautiful and the teacher very gentle. Highly recommended!
My mother and I attended this class and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My mother has mobility issues and Yuyi was incredibly patient and supportive. She offered suitable alternatives and kept the class fun yet challenging. I highly recommend!
This was sooo much fun! Our instructor was amazing, took great pictures, and really helped us all out along the way. This was the first time I did aerial and I will definitely be back. This is definitely a fun experience i’d definitely do again
