This yoga experience will guide you through a fun and energetic flow while finding your personal mind-body connection. From our meeting point, we will walk together to a quieter and more secluded area on the beach. We'll begin with a brief meditation to quiet the mind. In this idyllic setting surrounded by palm trees and the gentle, soothing sound of the waves, you'll feel all your cares start to melt away as we dive into a blissful hour of yoga, custom-tailored to your needs and experience. The 1-hour session will conclude with an optional Lavender Essential oil forehead and temple massage, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. Note: Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience, which will provide a buffer time to walk to (and back) from our location on the beach.

An amazing experience on the beach! The practice was tailored to our specific needs and how can you beat the sound of the waves crashing just yards from you??? Mats were provided so we didn't have to worry about getting ours sandy. We'll certainly do this next time we're back in San Diego.
Beach yoga in La Jolla was a fabulous experience. Our family (young adults and mom) did this for our family vacation. The poses in the sand add a unique element. It was a very nice class for our varying levels and a good combination of static poses and flow. It was relaxing and the view can't be beat! Cathy is an amazing instructor and makes you feel immediately at ease. Recommend to bring cold water and wear sunscreen! It gets warm even early in the morning.
My partner and I were very fortunate to have such a private session. The setting was perfect and our instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. It was our first time trying Yoga, and will incorporate it into our routine. We will definely book again when we visit in the future. Thank you!!!!

This was an amazing experience I highly recommend. Cathy guided our group of all levels - we had everything from a beginner to an expert and everything in between - through an amazing yoga practice on the beach.
