Your tour kicks off with convenient pick-ups from hotels throughout Antalya and the surrounding resort areas, making sure your day starts without any hassle. After you make your reservation, our team will reach out the day before your tour to confirm your precise pick-up time and meeting point. For your comfort and in line with hotel security and privacy policies, we kindly ask that you meet your guide at the main security entrance or the outer gate of your hotel, rather than at the reception area.

• Please note that when picking you up from your hotel, other guests will also be picked up along the way. Because of this, it may take a bit of time before arriving at the tour destination. It might feel a little time-consuming, but this is a normal part of group tours. This information is shared in advance to keep everything clear and avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
• What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, a light jacket (for cooler mornings/evenings), a warm jacket (in winter), phone or camera, passport, charger, and some cash (EURO, USD or local currency) for personal expenses or optional entrance fees.
• Cappadocia tours involve a moderate amount of walking, including uneven surfaces, slopes, and steps at certain sites, so comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
• Please note that the tour program may change depending on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your guide will inform you of any updates during the tour.
• Please be aware that the Cappadocia tour involves a long journey from Antalya, with approximately 11–13 hours of driving each way, including scheduled stops along the route for rest, meals, and shopping.
• Note: Hotel assignments are subject to availability at the time of booking and may vary. Preferred options include Taşkın Hotel, Duru Hotel, Dedeli Konak Cave Hotel, and Ortahisar Cave Hotel, or similar alternatives.
• Please note that extra activities and personal expenses are not included and can be paid on the spot. Optional activities such as the hot air balloon ride, Göreme Open-Air Museum, Turkish night show, drinks, and the balloon panorama tour will be explained by the guide. Guests who wish to participate can inform the guide and pay on-site.
