- Borneo Nature Lodge 2 is an eco-lodge set within a rainforest environment, offering guests a comfortable and relaxed nature stay. Travelers can explore the lodge surroundings independently through self-guided nature walks, enjoy time relaxing by the riverside, and observe birds and wildlife commonly seen around the property. The lodge also serves as the meeting point for guided river cruise activities, while optional guided experiences such as night walks are available at an additional charge.
- Sukau River The Sukau River is explored through guided boat cruises, offering excellent opportunities to observe wildlife along the forested riverbanks. Travelers may spot proboscis monkeys, hornbills, orangutans, and other native species in their natural habitat while enjoying the calm scenery, making it a highlight for wildlife viewing and photography.
- After breakfast, enjoy some free time at your leisure before check-out, followed by a transfer to Sandakan.

We had a wonderful stay at Borneo Nature Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the incredible wildlife and natural beauty of Borneo. The location was fantastic, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the whole team went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We particularly appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully they dealt with an unexpected electrical issue with our room, arranging alternative accommodation for us and making sure everything was taken care of. Despite the unexpected change of plans, the team remained incredibly helpful, communicative and welcoming throughout. Their care and customer service really stood out. The surrounding area is spectacular, and the opportunity to see the wildlife of the Kinabatangan River is something we will remember for a long time. Our guide, Rizal, was great at spotting wildlife and explaining the local habitat to us on our river safaris. We travelled with our young kids and the whole experience was very special for our family. A huge thank you to Jame and the whole team at Borneo Nature Lodge for looking after us so well. We would happily stay again and would have no hesitation recommending them.
Great accomodation. Food was very good. Staff very friendly. River cruises were excellent saw so much wildlife. 20 elephants yesterday. Orangutans in the wild. Proboscus monkeys and heaps of other wildlife.
A wonderful experience so well appointed with wonderful food included we also had great river tours both early morning and late afternoon- we saw many monkeys birds and lots of elephants with our boat guide Hussain who has a wonderful eye for all creatures. Highly recommend a stay really enjoyable
