Side Green Canyon, Waterfall and Baby Lions with Mosque Visit

Great tour with amazing tour guide. The Mosque is beautiful and the waterfall is stunning. The only issue i had personally is, we paid entry into animal park, as soon as you go in we paid to have photos with baby lions. Amazing. They looked healthy, were lively and playful. However, the other animals in the park look horrendous! It broke my heart seeing the state of them and how tiny the enclosures are. I regret paying to go into it. Other than that, would recommend this trip

From start to finish our guide Helene was 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Helene collected myself and family at the exact time we was notified the day previous. Each stop, mosque, aqueducts, orange grove, zoo and water fall were amazing and Helene kept us so informed throughout the full journey! The boat ride, and lunch was amazing, all staff encountered were lovely! A must trip for families, or couples!! Helene is a dream lady, even our driver was so lovely! Thank you!!

Mixed really, some great bits but a really hard sell in the morning stopping at pointless places to buy things. One an orangery which has hardly any orange trees and a big shop, one at a random restaurant supposedly women making bread, another shop. It could be cut much shorter and just have the good bits, mosque, canyon, lions and waterfall. It’s quite a long day stop starting all the time and waiting for everyone to get back on an unairconditioned open bus. Lions were epic but they were visibly tired, I wonder how long they are put to work. Guide was superb. Worth it overall.

The trip was definitely not what it looks like. The first stop was the orange, there was nothing to see at all. We was taking the trip together as a couple , and we didn’t think it was a big deal we set in to other seats as we started in the bus. The guide was cheeky, and place us in other seats in front of everyone, no one did ever tell us it was fixed seats. Then we got to the animal park, and it looked like the animals were treated poorly. We do not understand how a tour company can support a place like that. The boat trip didn’t looked like the pictures at all. Please read this and understand the guests are expecting what they see on the pictures The best thing of the tour was definitely the driver Ozman! Best regrets Oliver

We got picked up at 8.20am, the bus then went around all the hotels in the area to collect the other passengers, this took around an hour or so. Once everyone had been collected including the guide ( I use this term loosely as there was no information given when at the stops or when driving about the local area ) When booking the tour I opted for English as that Is my only language. Me and my partner were left feeling excluded as other languages were covered but English was not. We were unable to understand what was being said or if instructions were being given. One other Romanian gent did say can you speak English he was then laughed at and spoken to in Romanian. I did bring this up with the company but was told he can speak English just not in an English accent - I can tell the difference between English and German. The tour had lots of random stops at coffee shops/cafes where you could buy drinks and souvenirs. But there wasn’t too much else of interest to look at, at these stops. As the day went on we stopped at the lion park which was good although the animals don’t seem the best cared for. The boat trip and lunch were pleasant. The last stop was a waterfall, we understood that we had 30 mins here. When we returned to the main entrance where the bus dropped everyone, there was no bus to be found. Me and my partner had been left behind. I text the tour provider and was advised that as we weren’t there on time they left without us. The bus did eventually return for us but at this point the trip had been so disappointing i’d had enough and was on the verge of tears having been abandoned on our first trip to this country. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this tour some of the sites were nice but a lot of wasted time at cafes.
