Overview
Stop at a local olive mill and take a tour of the olive grove and after the olive mill where you can taste fresh olive oil. The second stop is a family-owned winery that uses organic methods for cultivating. You will get a tour around the vineyards and the winery and taste 5 wines.
The next stop is a unique distillery with an ancient wine press. Raki is the most famous Cretan spirit. Take a tour of the distillery and then enjoy a traditional lunch at a local tavern. Before finishing off the tour with a visit to a pottery studio located in a traditional village that is famous for its pottery.

Giorgos was a great and friendly guide and the places we visited were really traditional run by second to forth generation families. You will not probably need diners afterwards. A truly Greek experience. 100% recommended.
Wonderful experience, got an amazing tour of greek culture, everyone was really nice. The view of the vineyard was absolutely beautiful. It was very calm, and we got a lot of time to enjoy the tour, not rushed. George was an amazing driver and guide:)

Antonis was a fantastic tour guide – friendly, personable, and reliable throughout the day. We really enjoyed exploring Knossos in the morning, and his knowledge of both the palace and the local olive oil production made the experience even more interesting. The winery was a real highlight, with breathtaking panoramic views and an excellent, knowledgeable host who made the tasting both informative and enjoyable. The day was rounded off perfectly with a delicious lunch at a lovely local restaurant. A brilliant way to experience Crete, and we would highly recommend this tour.

This is a MUST do in Crete. The guide was a local and the team picked us up right by our hotel. The hospitality at each stop was unmatched. The fee was honestly modest for the experience was so worth it! The day was long but it went by so fast. The van was air conditioned and we had food and drinks at every stop. If it wasn’t for this tour, I would honestly reccomend to skip Heraklion and just do chania. But this tour is worth the stop. Highly recommend! One of our favorite tours of our entire Greek honeymoon.
